1. HOW TO ENTER: The Russell Stover Candies (“Sponsor”) "Best of Stover Giveaway" (the "Promotion") begins in August 2008 and runs through December 2009. To enter, complete an entry form online or mail your entry form to Best of Stover Giveaway, Russell Stover Candies, 4900 Oak St., Kansas City MO 64112-2702. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on the last day of each month to qualify for that month’s drawing. One entry per person per month; duplicate entries or copies of the official entry form will be discarded.

2. ELIGIBILITY: To participate in this Promotion, you must be a legal resident of the continental United States, 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, and directors of Russell Stover Candies, Inc., and any of their respective parents, affiliates and/or subsidiaries, their advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and any individual or entity directly involved in this Promotion, as well as any of the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household as any of the aforementioned (whether related or not), are not eligible to win a prize.

3. DRAWING: One winner will be selected from all eligible entries in a random drawing on the first business day of every month beginning September 1, 2008 and end December 31, 2009. Winners will be notified by telephone.

4. PRIZES: Each Prize consists of one Best of Stover basket valued at $45.99 MSRP. The Prize will be shipped via UPS to each winner via standard shipping. All federal, state and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, that individual may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected at random from among all of the remaining eligible entries. Limit one (1) prize per name, address and/or household. Prizes will be sent to the address on winning entry forms unless otherwise specified.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating in this Promotion, participants agree (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; and (b) that the decisions of Sponsor and the judges are final on all matters relating to this promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic, network or computer malfunctions or other technical errors of any kind. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible or misdirected for any reason, including by reason of software, hardware, browser or network failure, malfunction or congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor' s servers or elsewhere. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process or otherwise in violation of the rules. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet Service Provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Prize winners may be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Publicity/Liability Release within seven (7) days of notification. Noncompliance, failure to return documents with 7 days, or prize notification being returned as nondeliverable, may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. Winners grant to Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates and those acting pursuant to its authority, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's name, address (city & state), portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration, unless prohibited by law. By accepting the prize offered, winners agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all actions and/or liabilities for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death or disability, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, prize related activity, or participation in this sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prizes or in the administration of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.

6. CHOICE OF LAW. This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law doctrine. By entering the sweepstakes, all participants agree to be subject to jurisdiction in the Federal and State courts of Missouri and agree that all disputes relating in any way to this sweepstakes must be resolved in the Federal and State courts of Missouri.
