Russell Stover Candies began supporting JDRF in 2002 when Tom Ward, President and Co-Owner of Russell Stover, chaired the local JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes. The formal partnership between Russell Stover Candies and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation began in 2008. At this point, Russell Stover Candies became a national partner of JDRF. In 2008, Russell Stover also added the JDRF logo to every bag of their sugar free chocolate candy to help promote the foundation and their research.
