Chocolate Shops

We are operating in accordance with both local and CDC recommendations. Customers are welcome to shop in all stores or to order Curbside pickup.


All shops follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing schedules with added emphasis on high touch areas.

Local, State and CDC Guidelines are practiced:

  • Hand sanitizing

    Hand sanitizing stations provided for consumer use.

  • Six feet social distancing

    Signage and floor decals to remind customers of 6-foot social distancing.

  • Cashier divider

    Plexiglass cashier shields are in place.

  • Gloves provided

    Gloves provided for guests who would like to create a custom chocolate selection at Pick and Mix Stations.

Store Associates:

    Russell Stover team members have their temperatures checked each day, prior to entering the shop.

  • employees wear mask and gloves

    All store associates wear masks while in the shop. When assisting customers, associates will wear gloves as an added measure.

Home Delivery:

We currently offer online ordering for home delivery, via FedEx®, on the Russell Stover website.

Warm Weather Shipping:

To ensure fresh delivery of your chocolates during the summer months we execute what we refer to as Warm Weather Shipping. This means extra time is needed to prepare and ship orders, and not all delivery options are always available. Temperatures in the zip codes your order is shipped to determines delivery options. An extra day of preparation is required for shipments during warm weather. Standard shipping is only offered as an option on points that are 2 days from the FedEx® distribution center in Nashville, TN.

Please Note: Due to increased demand our shipping partner, FedEx®, has experienced some delays, resulting in longer delivery times.
