We are operating in accordance to local recommendations. Several stores are open and others are offering curbside pick up only.
Prior to reopening, a comprehensive deep cleaning and sanitation has occurred at all stores. We continue to improve and reinforce our already rigorous cleaning and sanitizing measures.
Local, State and CDC Guidelines are practiced:
No more than 10 guests in store at same time.
Hand sanitizing stations provided for consumer use.
Signage posted to assist in the enforcement of 6-foot social distancing.
Plexiglass cashier shields are in place.
Gloves provided for guests who would like to create a custom chocolate selection at Pick and Mix Stations.

We currently offer online ordering for home delivery, via FedEx®, on the Russell Stover website.

Warm Weather Shipping:
To ensure fresh delivery of your chocolates during the summer months we execute what we refer to as Warm Weather Shipping. This means extra time is needed to prepare and ship orders, and not all delivery options are always available. Temperatures in the zip codes your order is shipped to determines delivery options. An extra day of preparation is required for shipments during warm weather. Standard shipping is only offered as an option on points that are 2 days from the FedEx® distribution center in Nashville, TN.
