What is the Russell Stover Rewards Club?

The Russell Stover Rewards Club is our free rewards program in the United States that lets you earn points on all your purchases and earn rewards.

Who is eligible to become a Rewards Club member?

Membership to the Program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Employees and representatives of Russell Stover and its affiliates are not eligible for Membership. Customers must be age 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States to be eligible for Membership.

How do I become a Rewards Club member?

You can enroll for membership at any company owned retail shop or online at www.russellstover.com. Customers must provide a member registered e-mail address to have any points credited to their account.

What are the benefits of becoming a Rewards Club member?

Russell Stover Rewards Club members earn rewards, receive exclusive members-only discounts, and are informed of new product launches before the general public.

In addition, it’s free to join, points never expire, and Rewards Club coupons are valid for 90 days after award date. Rewards can be redeemed in store on or online.

How do I earn Rewards Club points?

For every dollar spent online at www.russellstover.com or at any Russell Stover company owned retail shop, you will receive 1 Rewards Club point. Points have no cash value.

How do I redeem Rewards Club points?

As you reach various point accumulation thresholds, Russell Stover will determine and issue Rewards in its sole discretion. Rewards will vary but are typically coupons redeemable for discounts or free gifts. As Rewards are earned, they will be issued by means of a Rewards Coupon printed at the register in shop and/or via a Rewards Coupon wallet in the Member Account.

Do my Rewards Club coupons expire?

All Rewards Coupons have an expiration date printed on the paper version and visible in the coupon wallet. Members are eligible to redeem a Rewards Coupon at any time between the issue date and expiration date. Rewards Coupons that are past the expiration date will not be honored. Rewards can only be redeemed by presenting the coupon in a company owned Russell Stover Retail Shop or by placing an order using the coupon wallet at www.russellstover.com. All shipped orders must go to addresses in the US. The retail value of the Reward does not count toward Russell Stover's free shipping threshold.

Where can I go to find all my Rewards Club account information?

You can view your year-to-date activity, your current points balance, redeem points for Rewards and learn about your Rewards Club benefits. To access this page, simply log in to your Rewards Club account.

If you signed up for Rewards Club at a Russell Stover company owned store and you have an online account, you can continue to use your original password to sign in to your account. If you signed up for Rewards Club at a Russell Stover company owned store and did not have an online account before, you will need to create an online password to sign in to Rewards Club account. To set up your password, enter your email address on the Sign In page and follow the instructions to register for an account. What happens to my Rewards Club points if part of my order is cancelled?

Rewards Club points are awarded for all product purchased. If an item is cancelled from your order, you will not be charged and you will not receive Rewards Club points for that item.

Can I return Rewards?

Unfortunately, Rewards may not be returned or exchanged for points or cash, for another product, gift card, or e-gift certificate.

If I return an item that I bought using Rewards Club coupons, will I be refunded for the cash/points?

Yes, you can accumulate points for purchases and redeem rewards both in Russell Stover Retail Shops and at russellstover.com.

Will I earn points when redeeming my Rewards Club coupons?

You will not earn points on the value of the Rewards Club coupon, but you will earn points on any incremental dollars spent on merchandise in the transaction.

Are there any limitations to the number of Rewards that I can redeem?

Due to limited quantities, you can only redeem one unit of any particular Rewards coupon in a given redemption transaction.

I forgot to provide my Rewards Club number at checkout at a Russell Stover company owned store. Can I still have the points added to my account?

Points can be added if you kept the original receipt by calling Customer Service at 1-800-477-8683 or by using the following link https://www.russellstover.com/contact-us.

How do I review my purchase history to make sure my points are correct?

In order to review your purchase history, you must have a registered account online at www.russellstover.com.

How often are Rewards earned?

Rewards are earned on qualifying purchases. Please refer to the terms and conditions for additional detail.

How do I redeem Rewards Club online?

To redeem online, a merchandise purchase is required and the gift will be available at checkout. Merchandise does not include e-gift cards, gift cards, taxes or shipping. Can I receive Rewards Club points by placing an order through a third party platform?

To earn Rewards Club points your order must be placed online at www.russellstover.com or a corporate owned Russell Stover retail store.

Can I use expired rewards?

Expired rewards are unable to be used.

How will I know when I receive a reward?

You can review your rewards at any time by logging into your account online at www.russellstover.com then by clicking My Loyalty.

Sale/outlet items, gift cards, t-shirts, copper gift boxes, cases and bundles, shipping fees and sales tax are excluded.
